Our Coffee

Our coffee is ethically sourced from 2 continents and over 4 countries largely because where our coffee is grown greatly affects its taste. 

Although there can be a wide variety of flavours of coffee bean within each country, there are general flavour trends for each continent. For our coffee the general flavour trends apply.

Asia: Full bodies and low acidity

Central America: balance of body and acidity

South America: More body with a touch of acidity

Our organic coffee is sustainably sourced through our Fairtrade partners ensuring that a fair price is paid, and good working conditions are maintained for our coffee producers. As coffee is a global business, we are committed to ensuring that every cup of coffee we sell helps make our world a better place.
